Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Österreich, Niederlande, Belgien, Luxemburg.

Dispatch costs (excl. VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge shipping costs on the basis of the shipping weight:

DHL:
Parcel shipping from 0 kg to 31 kg = 8,50 €
from 31,1kg: Split the delivery into multiple parcels: 8,50€ each.

DPD:
Parcel shipping from 0 kg to 31 kg = 7,50 €
from 31,1kg: Split the delivery into multiple parcels: 7,50€ each.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:

Benelux / Austria:
Parcel shipping from 0 kg to 31 kg = 15,00 €
from 31,1kg: Split the delivery into multiple parcels: 15,00€ each.

If, due to the volume, one package is not sufficient despite complying with the shipping weight, we reserve the right to split an order into multiple shipments earlier than expected.

- Prepayment via transfer
- Payment by invoice

Further details on payment

Payment by invoice is only for registered clients.
The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 14 days.
